SERVICE MANAGER REQUIRED.
Motivated Service Manager to oversee day to day operation of our small Fitting Bay.
The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and allocate workload effectively.
- Liaise with customers providing advice quotations and updates.
- Manage stock levels and order parts and consumables.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and accurately documented.
- Support any workshop staff as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a fitting service or workshop environment essential.
- strong organisational and customer service skill.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Full UK Driving licence essential.
- The role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a small operation, delivering excellent customer service and being actively involved in the day to day work of the fitting bay.
